The next tax installment is due on September 1st. As this falls on a Sunday, and the Monday following is a holiday, the due date is extended to Tuesday September 3rd.

RESURFACING OF QUEEN STREET

The ministère des Transports has informed us that pavement resurfacing work will begin around September 17th on Queen Street, between 2nd Avenue and 11th Avenue, and 11th Avenue (Pontbriand Blvd) until the intersection of Pointe-Verte Street.

The duration of the work is estimated at about 6 days, weather permitting, and will be done mainly in the evening and at night. Alternating traffic will be allowed during this time.

HAZARDOUS HOUSEHOLD WASTE (HHW)

The HHW Transfer Centre is open and you can drop off your residential HHW free of charge, every Friday in September, and on October 18th, from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. Details here

SPLASH PAD AT NICHOL PARK

Open daily from 10 am to 8 pm, until Labor Day (after this date, it will be open on weekends only, until the last Sunday of September).

Changing cabins are available on-site. Please note that children must be accompanied by an adult. Have fun!
