BULKY ITEMS COLLECTION

The next bulky items pick-up will take place during the week of October 14th. You must call ahead. Contact Compo Recycle at 450 882-9186.

We ask for your cooperation in making sure that you bring your bulky items to the curb no earlier than the weekend before pick-up. Any bulky item left prior to this time is considered a nuisance.

HAZARDOUS HOUSEHOLD WASTE (HHW)

The HHW Transfer Centre will be open for the last time this season and you can drop off your residential HHW free of charge, on October 18th, from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. Details here

TAX INSTALLMENT

The last tax installment is due on October 20th. As this falls on a Sunday, the due date is extended to Monday October 21st.

GARBAGE BOXES

In accordance with applicable municipal regulations, roadside garbage boxes are not authorized throughout Rawdon's territory.

DOG WALK FOR CATS

Fundraiser for the CSR Program (capture, sterilize and return) of community cats.

Saturday October 5th, 10 am at the beach chalet (in case of rain, the activity will be postponed to the following day).

PLANT EXCHANGE

Early fall is the ideal time to separate your plants. Do you have too many? On Wednesday October 9th, rain or shine, come to the canopies at Dorwin Falls Park, between 2 pm and 7 pm, to share your plants with others. Don't forget to bring a photo of your plant in full bloom to show its full potential.

Saturday October 19th, 11 am at Ski Montcalm - 3294 Park St. FREE!

Several activities!
Hiking (access to the summit by chairlift), bicycle trail for children, inflatables, music show, mountain biking (downhill, enduro and freeride) and entertainment.
