At the beginning of each year, the Municipality of Rawdon mails the annual tax bills.  It is your responsibility to make sure that we have your current mailing address on file, so if you have not received your bill please contact us as soon as possible.

You could possibly receive one or several complementary bills during the year, for the current year or the previous one.  This billing usually follows the issuance of a valuation certificate(s) to adjust the value of your property resulting from construction, renovations or other actions that could cause your municipal evaluation to fluctuate.  This retroactive adjustment can be sent several months after the work is finished.
