Information Request
The Municipality of Rawdon is subject to the application of the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information.
The Act sets out two general principles
- Documents held by a public body are accessible to any person who requests them
- Personal information held by public bodies is confidential
The Municipality of Rawdon, through its Clerk's Office, responds diligently and according to the terms of the Act, to the various requests for access that are made.
